By purchasing a full-size perfume, you will receive a tester bottle packaged separately with your order. While the courier is present, you are welcome to open the tester, evaluate its fragrance, and make your decision. If you choose not to keep your order, please return the package in its original condition to the courier while they are still on site.
Please note the below:
- If you choose to return your order while the courier is present, you must return the full-sized perfume package in its original, unopened condition. If the package is opened, a full payment will be required.
- Should the courier depart, returns or exchanges for the perfume will no longer be permitted.
- The perfume testing policy applies exclusively to full-sized bottles. The Fragrance Wardrobe boxes may not be opened unless payment has been made.
